Whilst everyone is talking about New Year’s Resolutions and Goal Setting, we’ve been working on and implementing our strategy for 2016.  The difference being, knowing exactly HOW you are going to achieve all that you wish to happen.

A great result comes about by having a clear and defined strategy.  This is no different in the field of property investment.  Without a clear understanding of what you can achieve and how you’re going to achieve it, you will find yourself climbing uphill.

So what’s the solution?

What do I mean by strategy?  The word ‘strategy’ conjures up different meanings for different people, however the dictionary definition is:
